Arboretum: Winter



After being cooped up for a few days, it was time to get out into the crisp winter air. The Arboretum is a place of beauty, no matter what time of year it is.

Fine Dining In The Comfort of My Own Home



A gourmet dinner with Matt, Jason and Nancy to wash away these winter blues. Dinner included: Roasted Fig Salad with Goat Cheese and Pancetta, Coq au Vin with Roasted Potatoes and Honey Glazed Carrots, and for dessert: Chocolate Cake with Ganache and Raspberries. Total foodie heaven!

Valentine’s Day 2015

On this beloved holiday which “romanticizes” love in all its synthetic, highly-marketed glory, I am thankful for the non-material wealth my friends and family bring me every day of the year. I love you all and am thankful to have you as a part of my journey.
